Check-in

• 3pm - 6pm
• Arrivals after 18:00h are only accepted by full advanced payment (either through banktransfer to our account or charged credit card by Pension Carl).

Check-out

before 11 am

Cancellations (Individual guests and groups up to 10 people)

• Cancellations made up to 3 days (and before 6pm local hotel time) prior to arrival date will not be charged.
• Cancellations made up to 1 day (and before 6pm local hotel time) prior to arrival date will be charged 80% of the total reservation.
• Later cancellations or non-arrivals will be charged 100% of the total reservation.

Cancellations (Groups of more than 10 people)

• Up to 8 weeks before arrival date (and before 6pm local hotel time), the reservation may be cancelled with no charge. 
• Up to 4 weeks before arrival date (and before 6pm local hotel time), 50% of the total reservation will be charged. 
• Up to 8 days (and before 6pm local hotel time), 80 % of the total reservation will be charged. 
• Later cancellations or non-arrivals will be charged 100% of the total reservation

Special conditions during Trade Fairs and Octoberfest times

• For reservations made during the Octoberfest period (current proposed date: 21.09.2012 - 07.10.2012) a deposit of 100% is requested at the time of booking.  The reservation is only valid after this payment has been made.
• Up to 30 days before arrival date (and before 6pm local hotel time) cancellation fees are 50% of the total reservation.
• Later cancellations or non-arrivals will be charged 100% of the total reservation.

Additional beds and baby cots

• Children under the age of 6 do not incur any additional charges if occupying one of the available beds.
• Additional beds are not possible.

Pets

Pets are allowed on request at no extra cost.

The hotel reserves the right to process the validity of your credit card prior to your arrival.

The online reservation process is powered by “DIRS21” reservation systems and is completely secure.  All personal information is encrypted and handled highly confidentially. TourOnline AG, the operator behind “DIRS21” and Pension Carl take the protection of your personal data very seriously.  Your details will be used solely for processing your booking.  For further information please also refer to our data protection guidelines (Datenschutzbestimmungen).

There are no booking fees at Pension Carl.  The hotel bill is settled locally at the hotel.  Credit card details enable Pension Carl to guarantee the reservation and to enforce cancellation terms.  Pension Carl reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card by deducting 0.10€.

Cancellations are possible free of charge within the given notice of cancellation.  The notice of cancellation is set out in the cancellation policy according to the Pension Carl terms and conditions as set out above (see Hotel terms and conditions).
